Terms of Service

By using UTOPAY services you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

The UTOPAY service is owned and operated by Utopay^d Holding Company (“we”). We provide payment infrastructure: card acquiring, crypto settlement, and virtual card issuing. Card payment processing is performed through licensed acquiring partners.

2. Registration

You must create an account to access the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Registration is prohibited for individuals and entities from sanctioned jurisdictions.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use UTOPAY for: fraud, money laundering, counterfeit goods, illegal content, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable law.

4. Fees and settlement

Current rates are listed on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change fees with 14 days' notice.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." Utopay^d Holding Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may close the account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms without prior notice.
